Design

We do 2 things in Design.

We create Presentations using

  • PowerPoint
  • Prezi

We produce outputs in

  • PowerPoint – Flash
  • PowerPoint – Video
  • Presentation booklets – Flash
  • Presentation booklets – Print

Well, before you say, ‘yeah…the boring presentation’, stop and shake hands – for we say the same thing, almost daily!

Surprised?

After more than a decade of sitting through and presenting ‘boring’ presentations, we are being transformed into creating effective presentation that is creative, full of life, meaningful and impacting. We say, ‘we are being’ because we are always listening, seeing, learning and innovating ways to make presentations more effective, more fun, more interactive.

We must acknowledge these wonderful people who have had an influence on our presentation design transformation: Garr Reyonlds, Cliff Atkinson, Nancy Duarte, Steve Jobs, Albert Abela, Jerry Weissman, Seth Godin and Dan Roam.

So in simple words, our presentations are different for they are co-created to make a difference in your life and in the life of your audience.

Process:

  1. Understand need & establish the audience
  2. Collect information – dig out messages and meaning
  3. Draft a Storyboard
  4. Test flow, meaning and impact
  5. Gather visuals and videos (stock images, take photos, stock videos, produce videos)
  6. Design (with Stockimages)
  7. Provide value-adds for delivery effectiveness

Plus we also provide Presentation delivery Coaching (if you want it) – Develop

Presentation design

We create Infographics that explain using

  • Sketching
  • Line drawings
  • Vector diagrams

We all know the cliche, “A picture is worth a thousand words”.  But when we create a picture using Visual Language, something wonderful happens – for the output is a ‘one-page picture that explains‘. Using metaphors, ideas, processes, patterns, core messages and logical flow, this is a product that reaches to all categories of people.

The people from whom we are learning in this field are: Dave Gray, David Sibbet, Robert Horn, Edward Tufte and Chip Heath

Process:

  1. Understand need & audience
  2. Collect all information
  3. Draft different sketch models that explain
  4. Choose the best one
  5. Create a final sketch of the explanation
  6. Test the impact
  7. Produce the Infographic
