While this is very much relevant today, we many times forget what we put into our mouths – oh! yes – I am talking about what we eat!

We are enticed by the taste of different kinds of food – and we love all those foods which end up causing us more harm than good. We eat only for the taste and not for its goodness. Every nutritionist guides us to eat better – eat for the whole body rather than for the tongue. But how many of us really heed this?

Instead of so  many words being poured out about our eating habits, we need to use relevant visuals to create awareness about our eating habits.
